Is there a mobile app for employees?
Yes. The TracefyHR app is free on the App Store and Google Play. Employees can check in, request leave, download payslips and see the directory, and managers can approve requests.
Can employees update their own information?
Yes, for the fields you allow. Each profile field can be set as editable by the employee or kept for HR only.
Does the employee app work offline?
Check-ins do: they are saved on the phone and synced when it reconnects. Other actions need a connection.
How do employees get access?
When you add someone, they receive a welcome email with a temporary password that is valid for 48 hours. They sign in on the web or in the app.
Can employees see each other's salaries?
No. Payslips are private to each employee, and the org chart does not show salaries.
Does the portal cost extra?
