How TracefyHR billing, plans and AI credits work

Common questions
Does TracefyHR charge per employee?
No. Each plan is one flat price for your whole team. Starter is $20 a month for up to 50 employees and Professional is $49 a month for up to 250, with about 20% off when you pay yearly.
Is AI included in my TracefyHR plan?
No. AI isn't bundled into any plan. You only buy credits if you use Forge AI or the AI Assistant, and 1 credit is $0.01.
Do AI credits expire?
No. Credits never expire and your whole team shares one balance. Packs start at $5, and auto-recharge can top up your balance when it runs low.
How do I change my plan or cancel?
Go to Settings, open the Subscription tab and open the secure billing portal. There you can switch plans, update your card, download invoices or cancel any time. Only the account owner can change billing or buy credits.
