Common questions
How do employees see their payslips in TracefyHR?
Open My Pay. Each payslip shows gross pay, bonus, tax, deductions and net pay, and you can download it as a PDF.
Can employees request leave from the portal?
Yes. Open Leave and click Request time off. The form shows your balance for the leave type you choose before you send, and you're notified in the app, by push notification and by email when it's approved.
Can employees update their own details?
Yes, in My Info. You can edit the fields your company lets employees change, then save.
Is there a mobile app for employees?
Yes, on Android. You can check in, request leave and see your payslips in the TracefyHR mobile app.
