Company tools
Submit overtime, reimbursements, or anything else your company has built with Forge AI.
If your company has built any custom features with Forge AI — like overtime tracking, reimbursement claims, or shift-swap requests — they show up in your sidebar under Company Tools. Each tool works the same way: fill in a short form, submit, and wait for approval.
Your company may not use Forge AI at all, in which case this section will be empty for you. That's normal — nothing's broken.
Submit a request
Open Company Tools in the sidebar. Pick the tool you need.
Click Submit a new entry. A form opens with the fields your company has set up — for example, date worked, hours, reason for an overtime claim.
Fill in the form. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk. If a field needs a file (e.g. a receipt), you can upload images or PDFs up to 10 MB.
Click Submit. Your entry is sent to whoever your company has set as the approver — usually your direct manager or the HR team.
Track your submissions
Open the My History tab on any tool. You'll see every entry you've ever submitted, with a status badge:
- 🟡 Pending — waiting for approval
- 🟢 Approved — accepted
- 🔴 Rejected — see the rejection reason
Approved entries that affect your pay (overtime, bonuses, etc.) automatically show up on your next payslip — you don't have to chase HR.
Common questions
I don't see Company Tools in my sidebar. Either your company hasn't built any tools yet, or your access wasn't granted. Ask your manager.
Can I edit a pending submission? No — submit a new one and ask the approver to reject the old one. Audit trail beats edit-in-place.
Why is the form different from my friend's? Each company designs its own forms with Forge AI. Your overtime form might have different fields than another company's.
Where do approved overtime hours show up? On your next payslip, under Earnings. The amount is calculated using whatever rule the manager set when they built the feature.
